Will it fit my bed?
Yes. This is designed to slide between your mattress and bed frame or box spring. Your mattress weight locks it in place, so there’s no wobbling, drilling, or permanent setup. It fits the standard mattress sizes with a thickness between 5–45cm or 2–18 inches.
It can also be placed down as an adjustable stand next to the bed, in the case it cant be used with your mattress.
How long does it take to set up?
About a minute, with no tools. Slide the base under the mattress, set the height, place the cradle, and you're ready.
Will it move during a massage?
The base sits beneath your mattress, so the mattress's own weight keeps it steady while you relax. Make sure the base is pushed fully under before use.
Can we adjust the height?
Yes. The cradle height adjusts so you can find a comfortable position for your mattress and body.
Can muy partner give a massage without awkward bending?
Yes! That’s exactly why this exists. It elevates your head to the right height so your partner can massage your back, shoulders, and neck comfortably, without straining their hands or posture. No professional experience needed.
Can I wash the face pillow?
Yes. The fabric cover on the pillow is fully removable, so you can easily take it off and wash it whenever needed. This helps keep your headrest clean, fresh, and hygienic, while the inner pillow and frame remain protected and do not require washing.
Do we need any special skills or oils?
None at all. Serenica simply makes lying face-down comfortable, so you can enjoy whatever kind of massage you both like, with or without your favourite oil.
Can it be used for anything besides massaging?
Absolutely. Many customers use it for relaxation, stretching, relieving neck and upper-back tension, or simply unwinding after a long day. Even a few minutes can make a noticeable difference in how your body feels.
Is it easy to store when not using it?
Yes. If you’re not using it, you can simply fold the headrest down so it sits flat and stays completely out of the way. If you want to fully remove it, the headrest fits neatly into a bag or in the closet, making it easy to store under the bed, in a closet, or take with you when traveling.
